The Juvenile Justice Board will hear the arguments in the Pradyuman Thakur murder case on December 6, in the prescence of the accused juvenile .
The accused juvenile's counsel, Pradyuman's father Varun Thakur along with their counsel Sushil Tekriwal were also present during the hearing.
Earlier the counsel for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had moved an application before the JJ Board seeking fingerprints of the accused in the case
Besides, a petition filed by the deceased student's family, seeking that the class 11 student be tried as an adult in the case, the hearing on the same will also take place on December 6.
Earlier on November 22, the hearing on the matter was fixed on November 29 by the Juvenile Justice Board. The same day the board sent the class XIth student of Ryan International School Bhondsi, campus accused of murdering seven-year-old Pradyuman to a juvenile home for 14 days judicial custody.
Meanwhile, the Central agency will also file a reply to the application by the boy's father, accusing the CBI questioning him beyond permissible time of 6 pm.
Sources also claimed that the officials of the child and welfare committee had submitted their confidential report before the JJ Board on the basis of the report the board will decide whether the Juvenile accused will be treated as an adult or not.
“On Wednesday we received a copy of the CBI plea in which they had asked fingerprints of my son. Vinod Raghav the father of the juvenile accused the CBI for not providing the copy of the application on the filing date but they didn't provide us the copy of the plea, so how can we prepare the reply on the matter,” Raghav, said.
