Diwali dhamaka at B-Town

From Diwali puja, lighting the diyas and making rangolis to having parties and gala dinner with family and friends or just going away from the city on a short vacation, B-town celebs have their plans set to celebrate Diwali with their family and friends. Sunday Pioneer tells you more

Go Eco-friendly with colors

This Diwali, I’m going to spend time with my family. like every year we will go to Mahalakshmi temple at night after all the puja is done and seek Her blessings. I had stopped bursting crackers at a young age when I discovered how those crackers were made using child labour and also understood how it causes harm to the environment. I would like to appeal to everyone that this Diwali please avoid crackers as much as you can, make an eco- friendly one with colors and happiness. Keep spreading love and be safe.

Explore my artistic side

This Diwali, it’s going to be sister’s affair with Shagun Pannu. Have non-stop work so couldn't make time out to fly down from Mumbai to Delhi. We will try and explore our artistic side by making rangoli and decorating the house with diyas. And then of course have some good food together or with friends in the city.

Quiet diwali with family

I’m someone who prefers a quiet Diwali with family. We have never burst crackers and I feel the best way to celebrate this festive time is by being spending quality time with the ones we love. I’m planning to spend a quiet Diwali in Kerala with my family

Catch up with family & friends

love everything that surrounds Diwali though I've surely growing away from firecrackers. But diyas, food and card parties, I love it. Also getting to spend time with the family and meeting friends that you don't see so often in your busy life. I'm looking forward to all these things this Diwali. Especially since I've been working a lot through this year and hardly seen family and friends

Shooting in UK but Diya jala loonga

They call it the Festival of lights. Not sparky. Bombs bursting out into polluted air  bubbles and stealing our  oxygen. My plans are on a call sheet which means I will be filming through it in UK. Diya jala loonga.
