A daylong training programme on ‘Future of Pension approval and Payment Tracking system’ was held the other day at Human Resource Development Centre BHEl, Bhopal in association with HRDC and CISF BHEl, Bhopal.
On this occasion TG Chouragade, General Manager, WE, CS&HR was present as the Chief Guest while Brajesh Agarwal, AGM, HRDC was present as the special guest. The programme was attended by CISF officials and around 20 executives and employees of BHEl.
Chouragade in his address highlighting the importance of the training programme said that it should be our moral responsibility to make a hassle free system for our retiring colleagues. He further said that care must be taken in handling payments of the senior retired colleagues. The details of the retired employees should be managed properly and that is only possible by a proper dedicated system.
Aradhana, Sr Commandant, CISF also briefed on the significance and need of the system. Suresh Nema, Sr Engineer, HRDC and BK Singh, Assistant Commandant, CISF (Fire) coordinated the entire programme.
Meanwhile, Aruna Yugandhar, President, BHEl ladies Club inaugurated the beginning of the Ring-CT work at Helping Hands, Piplani. She said that this will help in enhancing the skills of the employees, bringing improvement in quality. On this occasion Anita Chouragade, Vice-President BHEl ladies Club and other club vice-presidents were also present.
Notably, , BHEl ladies Club runs a number of centres for empowering the women belonging to the weaker sections of the society, providing them training to make them self-dependent.
