Three students of Campion School, Arera Colony Bhopal-Naman Bahel, Ritesh Pachgade and Anubhav Sharma-brought laurels to the State again by bagging two gold medals, one silver and secured Top 2 ranks (under 3) and 1 rank (under 10) in the State-level International Informatics Olympiad-2016 (IIO-2016).
Silver zone Foundation conducted International Informatics Olympiad-2016 (IIO-2016) organised by ‘Computer literacy Foundation more than 2,000 different CBSE schools, private school students participated.
Among those brilliant students, Naman Bahel got first state rank won one Gold Medal Certificate of Excellence and a gift, Ritesh Pachgade had
second rank won one Gold Medal Certificate of Excellence and a gift and Anubhav Sharma, 10th State Rank won 1 Silver Medal Certificate of Excellence and a gift respectively.
All the students gave their Extra-ordinary performance in this State level exam under the Guidance of the senior most teacher Mahendra Kothar Sir (Computer lecturer) and the examination coordinator. By their excellent performance all of them also qualified for the next round of this Olympiad on Inter-National level. In this State-level examination, objective type questions were asked including Science, English, Computer, Hindi, mental ability, mathematics, and subject questions. Campion School Principal Fr Athnas lakra SJ, and Vice Principal Fr Ajay Kumar Kerketta SJ, has Congratulated Mahendra Kothari and all the three students for making School proud and give their wishes for upcoming performances.
