A six member committee has been formed to facilitate implementation of the Fire NOC guidelines for opening a hospital, nursing home or clinic in the urban areas.
The order regarding the rescheduling of the Fire NOC and process was given by State Urban Development Authority on Friday. Officials from Urban Administration and Development Department, Health and Family Welfare Department and Village and Town Planning Department are representing the six member committee. The purpose of forming the committee is to dispose off the pending Fire NOC cases.
Officials said the decision of forming the committee was taken during a joint meeting of Urban Administration and Development Department Director, Health and Family Welfare Director and Raipur Municipal Corporation officers.
The Committee will also prepare proposals under the Solid Waste Management concerning the reassessment of service fee as per the bed facilities in hospitals, nursing homes and clinics.
