BJP’s Unnao MP Sakshi Maharaj has said that Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was in the election agenda of the BJP and would always remain so. In the 2019 lok Sabha elections, the party leadership must proceed for elections only after completing the work of Ram Mandir temple. He announced this on Sunday noon on his visit to Haridwar for reviewing the preparations of Srimad Bhagwat Katha scheduled to begin on March 28 in Kharkhari area.
Discourse on Bhagwat Katha is scheduled in Bhagwan ashram in Bhupatwala which is expected to be attended by devotees from across the country on account of Ardh Kumbh Mela during the fifteen days of April month, almost every ashram would see people coming for religious disourses before the main Baisakhi snan.
Speaking to mediapersons, Sakshi Maharaj also warned the Pakistan PM not to test the patience of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the coming times, terrorism shall be wiped out from the country, he said.
On Congress leader Rahul Gandhi visiting JNU post arrest of Kanhaiya over sedition charges, Sakshi Maharaj said, “Anyone supporting those involved in anti-national sloganeering is also a ‘desh-drohi’ (traitor) and such people should not be pardoned.” He further added that those who are supporting the anti-national elements of the country had no right to stay in the country and they could not called “Indians”. He said BJP believed in Dharma (righteousness) and not Mazhab (sectarianism).
