Rawat felicitated by UPNl federation

The Chief Minister Harish Rawat was felicitated by the federation of Uttarakhand Purva Sainik Kalyan Nigam limited (UPNl) at Yamuna Colony on Friday. The state government had recently taken a decision to convert the workers working on outsource in different departments from last seven years as contractual workers.  On Friday, the federation of UPNl workers expressed its gratitude to CM by organizing a grand felicitation ceremony.

Speaking on the occasion,  Rawat said that it is matter of satisfaction that the path of UPNl workers has become somewhat easy now. He said that if this model is successful in state then it would set up a noble precedent for large number of youths in the country. Advising all outsource workers to exercise restraint, the CM said that slowly solution for them too would be found out. He said that large number of outsource work as Class IV employees which has been adjusted as dead cadre and a solution for this problem is needed to be found. Rawat said that he understands the problems and want that the situation of uncertainty should be stopped. He exhorted the UPNl workers to show their worth by working efficiently and dedicatedly. On the occasion,the CM made a declaration to take back all cases against the UPNl workers. He said that the every one should contribute to ensure that the state is on path of progress. The CM said that the government has implemented the provisions of VII pay commission and the employees should inculcate work culture.

The programme was attended by patron of UPNl federation Ravi Pachori, President Bhavesh Jaguri, Mahesh Bhatt and large number of UPNl workers.
