The Ranchi Railway Division observed the fifth day of ongoing ‘Rail Humsafar Saptah’ as ‘Samnjasya Diwas’ (Coordination Day). The day focused on the internal coordination of railway staff, where solution of their problems and complaints were undertaken.
During the day a campaign was launched in three important Railway colonies Hatia, Ranchi and Muri. Complaints and suggestions were also taken from the residents of the colony about cleanliness, maintenance, upkeeping of parks etc.
Similarly railway officials visited workplaces at various sites and took employees’ suggestions and complaints. These suggestions/complaints were mainly related with cycle stand, drinking water, availability of tools, leaves, retiring rooms etc.
