Extending its efforts to bring the deteriorating law and order situation in the city under control, police claimed to foil a loot plan of a businessman working with a multinational FMCG company, Ankit Srivastava of the city after it succeeded to arrest three out of a gang of five men red handed on late Sunday evening. Illegal Firearms and bullets have also been recovered from them, police said.
Superintendent of Police (City) Kishore Kaushal said that other two accomplices of the criminals managed to flee and an intensive search operation to catch them is on. Shockingly, the planners are around 24-26 years of age and educated.
