Prof Jagat Ram, Head, Advanced Eye Centre, PGIMER won the prestigious national award for the "Best Surgical Video" at the 74th National Conference of All India Ophthalmological Society being organised at Kolkata from February 24 to 28.
Besides, Dr Simar Rajan Singh, PGI Senior Resident also won the national quiz with cash prize of Rs 150,000. The conference was attended by more than 6000 ophthalmologists across the country and a sizeable number of foreign delegates across the world.
