The Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation has termed baseless the allegations leveled by a Delhi-based man towards the Managing Director for giving tenders to one particular company.
In an official statement, the Corporation said the factual position of charges levelled through a press conference against Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation by Adarsh Shrivastava of Uttam
Nagar New Delhi was entirely different.
It stated that allegation about benefiting any particular contractor in outsourcing contract by Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation is beyond facts and baseless.
“For committee constituted to evaluate tenders, was not possible since turnover amount was not clearly mentioned in received proposals. Hence, previous tender was cancelled due to technical errors and not in the interest of employees,” it added.
The statement further stated that the corporation has attached top priority to protection of working through outsourcing since these workers have been play significant role in hospitality for tourists.
The statement further said, “In fact, tender has not been given to any company till date. Tender forms have amended and clear-cut provisions included in them so that more experiences
bidders can take part in new tenders. Process of tender is underway.”
