At a time when ideas of capitalism and communalism were ruling high across the world, Deendayal Upadhyay had propounded the philosophy of Integral Humanism. This idea is from the soil of the country and it has been produced from the soil of the country,” said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary Ramlal on Thursday.
While addressing a programme at the Ram Narayan Dharamshala, Gwalior, Ramlal said that the BJP idealogue Deendayal Upadhyay brought forth the concept of Integral Humanism for the first time here on April 13, 1964.
Ramlal stated that the idea of communism and capitalism both are related to the physical happiness of a person.
The idea of Integral Humanism is connected with the Indian ideology which says that mental and internal happiness is also very important.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, “We are overwhelmed to be here at this holy place.
This place is like a temple for all of us. The idea of Integral Humanism would lead the world on the path of peace. The Central and the State Government both are implanting the idea of Integral Humanism.
“We will work to implement this idea on the ground in order to uplift the poor of the country.”
Chouhan also asked for the permission of the trustees of the dharamshala for the preservation of the memories related to the Upadhyaya.
Union Rural Development Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said, “Our ancestors have dedicatedly worked on the idea of Integral Humanism before the year 1964.”
Tomar showed his gratitude towards Krishnadasji Garg and other trusties of the Ram Narayan Dharamshala for naming the room on the name of Upadhyaya in which he had firstly coined the idea of Integral Humanism.
BJP State president and Parliamentarian Nandkumar Singh Chouhan said that it is a privilege to be here in this room where Upadhyaya propounded the idea of Integral Humanism Various programs would be organized for the upliftment of the poor during the birth centenary year of Upadhyay.
National vice-president Prabhat Jha, Union Rural Development Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Mayor Vivek Shejwalkar, State Minister Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya, Narottam Mishra and Maya Singh along with the other office-bearers were present during the programme.
