Govt, Tata ink MoA for ITI

Department of labour, Employment and Training and under CSR activity has roped in Tata Steel ltd to run ITI, Jagannathpur located at West Singhbhum. The agreement with both the parties in this regard was singed on Tuesday in the present of Minister Raj Paliwar.

The institute would take admission of 210 trainees in 10 different trades and enhance their skill for better employability. The Department previously under companies CSR activity has handed over three such institutes to Bokaro Steel limited, DVC and CCl. Three more ITIs are proposed for such agreements. The one located at Manoharpur is proposed to be given to SAIl while of Jhikpani would go to cement major ACC.
