On instructions from CM Raghubar Das, Ranchi DC Manoj Kumar and other district officials participated in the Hariyali Sapath Samaroh on Wednesday. The officials pledged to plant five trees on every birthday of their children and use water and electricity judiciously.
RRanchi DC exhorted the officials to plant trees and emphasised on the need of environment. The whole State is taking part in the go green campaign pledging to plant five trees each person including Government employees, school students and common masses.
