Martyr Ajay Singh Memorial cup volleyball championship league was inaugurated by SP Kartik S in Senha Basic school ground under social policing. As may as eight teams were included in the league. The inauguration match was played between Senha fighter team and Serenghatu Rangers team.
On the occasion the SP said, “Main objective of this league is to establish coordination between public and police. The people who have been diverted from main stream would be inspired to come back and hence the naxalism can be controlled. In this direction this would be proved mile stone. In this league 72 teams will participate.”
On the occasion SDPO Ram Sarek Rai, DSP Ashish Mahli, inspector, thana-in-charge Bhandra Jai Prakash, thana-in-charges of Senha and Serengdag, District council members Ram lakhan Prasad, Kalawati Devi and public leaders with many villagers were present.
