Colonizers served notice for not constructing cement roads

Monday, 29 February 2016 | PNS | Indore

Nagar Parishad Rau administration has issued notices to the four colonizers who have not constructed the cemented road in their colonies and due to which the plot holders and the residents of these colonies are facing difficulties in reaching to main road from these colonies.

The Nagar Parishad has issued show cause notices to Amrish son of lakshminarayan Gupta owner of TDK Griha Nirman Shakari Sanstha Maryadit Indore, Rajesh Chelawat son of Naresh Chandra Chelawat owner of Swapneel Construction Private limited and to Sanni son of Manohar lal Karda owner of Sai Pari Developers Private limited.

All these colonizers have come up with residential colonies in Rau Nagar Parishad as Krihsna Paradise Phase 1, Shri Krishana Paradise Phase 2, Maa Padmavati colony and Sai Pari Nature Colony. The main road which connects all these colonies to AB Road is Kachha road always full of mud and dust. The residents of these colonies find it very difficult to move on this road. All the colonizers have taken the money from the plot holders as colony development charge.

The Nagar Parishad Rau has ordered the colonizers to build M-40 cement concrete road of width 9 meters for the benefit of the residents of the colonies. Nagar Parishad Rau President Shiv Dingu told The Pioneer that residents of these colonies are continuously complaining about these colonies and if the colonizers fail to oblige the order of the Nagar Parishad a case against the colonizers will be registered and will be sent to Indore collector for further action.
