Campion School gives floral welcome to primary students

On the occasion of the beginning of new academic session or year 2016-2017 of primary section, Campion School, Arera Colony Bhopal, Primary Section Headmistress Sr Mary Malar AC has made it possible to accommodate new idea of giving a ‘floral welcome’ to the primary students (KG-2 to class 5) by their own teachers in a traditional way.

The Programme began with an auspicious lighting of the lamp by the Principal Fr Athnas lakra SJ, Headmistress Sr Mary Malar AC, Sr Cresentia HC, Students of fifth and KG II class and Kalyani. All of them together lit the lamp to bow down to knowledge as the greatest of all forms of wealth.

The programme was followed by a short prayer service to invoke God’s blessings. lots of cultural programmes and dances were organised on this occasion but a welcome dance and the hilarious skit ‘Aankhon ka Aspatal’ by the teachers of Primary section was very much appreciated by the students. The hilarious skit was also enacted by the teachers for primary students.

The Headmistress Sr Mary Malar AC enlightened the students with the school traditions which highlight the cherishing of the Jesuits and the students took the Pledge to endow all their endeavours with greater meaning. At the end Sr M Malar AC expressed her gratitude by thanking one and all.

On this Occasion, Vice Principal Fr Ajay Kumar Kerketta SJ, Superior Fr Christdhari Kujur SJ, Bursar Fr Samjay Kujur SJ, Sr Rufina AC, were also present to witness this grand welcoming.
