Another film making programme in pipeline

After the conclusion of the nine-day Film Appreciation Workshop organized by Chhattisgarh Film and Visual Art Society and Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) on Sunday, another five-day Film Making Programme is scheduled in the month of April.

The information was given by the members of Chhattisgarh Film and Visual Art Society on Sunday to the participants present in the Film Appreciation workshop.

Notably, the State is also set to host an International Film Festival in April. Sources said the Film Making course is likely scheduled before this global fest. legislative Affairs Minister Ajay Chandrakar felicitated the participants and assured to promote the art of film making at his level.

Notably, similar to the Film Appreciation Workshop, veteran Directors, Cinematographers and other experts are expected to attend the Film Making Programme.

“We will initially learn how to make a film and later prepare the same in the five-day film making programme,” said Ruchi Pandey, a youngster who was among the participants in the Film Appreciation Workshop.
