New Chief Vigilance Officer of ECoR takes over
Bhubaneswar: Indian Railway Traffic Service officer Debaraj Panda has joined as the new Chief Vigilance Officer of the East Coast Railway (ECoR). Prior to this, he served as the Chief Safety Officer of the ECoR here. Panda, a Postgraduate in Economics from the JNU, joined the Indian Railways in 1987. he has had the distinction of serving as Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) at Sambalpur and Bilaspur.
Vanivihar old students observe Madhu Jayanti
Bhubaneswar: The Vanivihar Old Students’ Society 1992 (VOSS 92) celebrated the birth anniversary of Utkal Gaurav Madhusudan Das at Basudev Nagar on Thursday. VOSS 92 secretary Bishnu Prasad Dash explained the life of Madhubabu and his contribution to the State. Advisor Pitabas Jena presided over the meeting. Biswaranjan BJP Yuva Morcha State gen secy
Bhubaneswar: Biswaranjan Badajena was appointed as BJP Yuva Morcha State general secretary on Friday. Morcha State president Tankadhar Tripathy announced this while disclosing a list of new office bearers here. Badajena was earlier Morcha’s Bhubaneswar unit president. He thanked State BJP president Basant Panda, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Morcha general secretary Sarada Prasad Satpathy and Bhubaneswar president Harekrushana Khuntia for the appointment.
