A 10-day orientation training programme ‘Horizon’ for the promoted supervisors began on Tuesday at Human Resource Development Centre of BHEl, Bhopal.
On this occasion RK Arya, General Manager, Project Closing was present as the Chief Guest. BrajeshAgarwal, AGM, HRDC; Kamla Oraon, AGM, HRDC; HS Patel, Senior Engineer and other senior officials were also present in the programme. Around 35 participants from various units of BHEl participated in the programme.
Arya in his address said that competitiveness in the present business scenario has affected the profit margin and order book position. The need of the hour is to bring down material cost and enhance quality of the equipments.
Speaking on the occasion Agarwal briefed the gathering about the details of the programme. Mohammad Atique Khan coordinated the programme while Kamla Oraon proposed the vote of thanks.
Meanwhile, as a part of the ongoing Hindi month celebration in BHEl, Bhopal Hindi Typing competition was held on Tuesday at HRDC BHEl, Bhopal.
Around 46 employees took part in the competition. On this occasion M Haldar, General Manager, Feeders was present as the Chief Guest while Brajesh Agarwal, AGM, HRDC was especially present in the programme. RamkishoreTripathi (CIM) and SP Sahu were present as the members of the Jury.
Haldar in his address said that promotion of Hindi is our responsibility and we all should use Hindi in our day-to-day working as much as possible. Agarwal in his address said that the objective of the competition is to promote the use of Hindi. He also urged the gathering to encourage their colleagues to work in Hindi.
