It was a special day for Nafiz Tarin, a visually challenged girl from Bokaro who was also one among those successful candidates who received their appointment letter from CM Raghubar Das. Out of a total of 1679 candidates who were given their appointment letters on Thursday, Das distributed appointment letters to 24 candidates coming from each of the districts in the state.
Nafiz was given a great round of applause by the people present there, while she received her appointment letter from Chief Minister Raghubar Das. Overwhelmed Nafiz was not been able to express her feelings after she receiving her appointment letter.
“It is a great moment for me as I am very happy that I had not even dreamt of it,” said Nafiz. I am really thankful to the CM who considered me worth giving a job, she said.
“I would also like to assure him that I will try my best to give quality education to my students,” she added.
When asked how she will be able to teach her students, all confident Nafiz said that she will do it efficiently through lectures and will also take help of computers to teach her students. “I have done my graduation in brail and also have a diploma certificate in computer education,” said the much confident Nafiz.
