Due to operational reasons, the safety-related modernisation work between the Cuttack and Barang stations has been kept in abeyance now and the new programme of the work would be notified soon. According to the information released by the East Coast Railway (ECoR), Puri-Paradeep-Puri Express, Visakhapatnam-Paradeep Express, Paradeep-Santragachhi Express, Santragachhi-Paradeep Express scheduled to leave Santragachhi on Tuesday and Paradeep-Visakhapatnam Express including 58406/58405 and 78507/78508 Paradeep-Cuttack-Paradeep passenger trains were resumed. These trains were earlier declared as cancelled, sources said.
