The sample of the suspected swine flu patient admitted in the isolation ward of Doon hospital has proved negative. The nodal officer of the disease Dr Praveen Panwar told The Pioneer that the report of the sample sent to Dehli has proved that the patient is not suffering from the swine flu. He blamed the private hospitals and pathology laboratories for spreading scare in the general public. On the issue of availability of Tami Flu the medicine used for treatment of the swine flu, Dr Panwar said that the hospital has arranged some medicines locally.
