Chief Operating Officer of BAlCO Avinash Chand Rai said that the employees should not forget the basic principles of safety and security and advised the security personnel to maintain their fitness.Addressing the employees and security personnel on the occasion of inauguration of safety week observed by the company, Rai said that the security work should have no shortcomings resulting in loss to anybody.
He said that the security personnel should carry out their responsibilities with utmost sincerity.Head of Energy Business of the company Atanu Ghosh said that the security personnel have developed a feeling of security among the employees through their sincere duty.Head of Human Resource department of the company Amit Joshi said that safety, security and alertness are the key features of a successful country.
The security personnel have been m their duties under odd situations and the BAlCO management are concerned for the interest of security personnel. BK Srivastava said that all of us play a role in strengthening the nation. Korba is famous for industries which are provided security by the security personnel.Administrative General Manager DS Bhati said that skill enhancement is must with time. this improves the work efficiency of security personnel. He said BAlCo is pride of the country and the security personnel feel proud to be part of it.
Head of company Quality Assurance department M Radhakrishnan, Head of Township Vinod Nayar, GM (CSR) Ashish Ranjan, Security Chief PS Neelkanth and a number of officers, employees, local public representatives and representatives of employees' unions were present on the occasion. Rai unfurled the flag and administered security oath to those present on the occasion.
