Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that the top priorities of the Narendra Modi-led NDA Government at the Centre are development of basic infrastructure in the rural areas, providing houses for the poor and strengthening national security, besides achieving growth rate in double digits.
Jaitley, while talking to media persons here on Saturday, said that the proposed GST would bring in uniformity in taxes.
