The Punjab Government on Saturday approved the general postings and transfers policy of officers and officials in the State during 2015.
A spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal cleared the file in this regard this evening.
According to this policy, the schedule for postings and transfers of officers and officials has been fixed from June 1 to June 30, 2015. Badal directed all the departments to ensure that the process for the transfers must be completed within in the stipulated time frame.
