A 52-year-old man was arrested for allegedly sexually harassing a 5-year-old girl in Saddu locality of Raipur. The accused was neighbour of the victim, said SHO Pandri Pramila Mandavi. The accused identified as Dinesh Kumar Tiwari (52), resident of Sector-2 Saddu and has been arrested based on the complaint lodged by the girl’s parents, SHO Mandavi said. As per the complaint, the accused had sexually harassed the child several times in past few days by luring with chocolate and other stuffs. The accused has been booked under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 4, 6, 10 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act-2012.
