A job-chart blueprint is prepared for young professionals to be implemented and monitored under the 'Member of Parliament Model Village Scheme'.
Young Professionals have been recruited to actively monitor the implementation of 'Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana', officials stated.
The Rural Development Department officers here have issued instructions to all the District Collectors and District Nodal Officers to strictly monitor the schemes.
The district administration should co-operate in Baseline Survey and Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana and in the implementation of all programmes and policies, they stated.
The authorities should co-operate with the rural folks under the Village Development Schemes. Efforts should be made to strengthen the Gram Sabhas (Village Councils) and encourage the people's participation. The field officers co-operation should be sought in the implementation of schemes, the officials stated.
The Women's Self-Help groups should be encouraged and new groups be formed. Training programmes should be conducted for the women's groups. Women should be given training for entrepreneurship.
The District officers had been instructed to educate the villagers on 'Swachchta' (Cleanliness) mission and ensure youth participation in various programmes.
The schemes of the National Rural livelihood Mission and Panchayat and Rural Development Department should be implemented in a time-bound manner.
Various developmental works should be properly documented and In-Charge Officer should be updated at regular intervals on the progress of works. The co-operation of the Navratnas appointed under the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana and youth associations and Self-Help Groups should be taken. Youth should be encouraged for skills' development, officials stated.
