Goods worth ` 2l burgled in Habibganj

Miscreants decamped with valuables worth lakhs of rupees from a house in Arera Colony under Habibganj police station area on Sunday.According to the police, the victim Avneesh Sarabhai along with his wife had gone for shopping at New Market in the evening and when he returned the valuables were found missing. 
 
A complaint was lodged by the victim with the Habibganj police and in the complaint victim claimed that in the evening when he returned from shopping the locks were found broken and the valuables were found missing.
 
Five gold finger rings, three gold chains, four gold bangles and five pairs of gold ear rings worth more than 2 lakh were found missing claimed the victim. The incident took place with a short period of time which suggests that the miscreants were aware of the movements of the house owner and the locations of valuables in the house. Victim had gone to New Market at around 6 pm and returned at around 8.30 pm.
 
The police have registered a case under section 454 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation. Meanwhile, valuables worth Rs 50,000 were burgled from house of GM posted with Wear Housing Corporation at Siddharth lake City under Piplani police station area on Sunday. 
 
The victim Ajay Verma had gone to Pachmarhi two days ago and the neighbors informed the victim on Sunday that the doors were open. Victim returned and lodged complaint with the Piplani police claiming that valuables worth `50,000 were burgled.  The police have registered a case under section 457 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
