The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has launched the facility to apply online for corrections and issuance of duplicate marksheets and migration certificates of Classes X and XII. School Education Minister Paras Jain inaugurated the facility at the Board of Secondary Education on Wednesday. ACS School Education SR Mohanthy and Board’s Chairperson Suranjana Ray were present on the occasion.
Paras Jain said that after launch of online facility, students will not have to stand in long queues for corrections in marksheets and migration certificates. They would get corrected marksheets through online process within a month. He informed that students of class X and XII will get corrected copies of marksheets and migration certificates through MP Online’s portal by clicking “Online Request For Duplicate/Correstion of Marksheet, Certificate & Migration” from anywhere. Jain informed that online transfer process of teachers of Adhyapak Cadre will start from June 10. The facility will benefit women and disabled teachers as well as the teachers desiring mutual transfer. He said that rules regarding fees of private schools will be formulated soon.
Board’s Secretary Shashank Mishra informed about online process for corrections and issuance of duplicate marksheets and migration certificates. He said that students can apply to rectify their names, surnames, date of birth, parents’ names, nomination number, photo and name of school through online process. For this, proper information should be obtained about directives about corrections. Student should press button Submit after filling information about class, exam, year, nature of document and roll number. If his information is correct then concerning page will open, otherwise message that “records not available” will be received. On receipt of application, it would be given to level-1 officer who will in turn send it to level-2 officer after approval. level-2 officer will send it to level-3 officer for tallying contents of application. Following it, application will be sent to level-4 officers (Controller Exams). This process will take about one month. After approval of application, concerning student will be intimated through SMS to appear with original documents.
