Employees awarded by Naolekar for excellent work by lokayukta SPE

For excellent works in the Special Establishment of Police (SPE) of lokayukta, the officials and employees were felicitated by lokayukta Justice PP Naolekar here on Monday. The officials and employees were felicitated with Commendation Disc and certificates at the lokayukta office.
 
Superintendent of Police lokayukta Bhopal Virendra Singh was felicitated with commendation disc and certificate for delivering his duties with excellence. On the occasion lokayukta Justice PP Naolekar congratulated the felicitated officials and employees and encouraged them to deliver their best in future.
 
Justice Naolekar informed that Anti-Corruption Information System programme software would be installed which would provide the details of the accused, complaints, under trail cases and complaints. Those who were awarded on the occasion were Deputy Superintendent of Police (Bhopal division) Umesh Tiwari, Deputy Superintendent of Police( Indore division) DS Parihar,  Deputy Superintendent of Police (Jabalpur division) Hariprasad Chodhary, Inspector ( Ujjain division) Prashant Mukadam, Head Constable (Rewa division) Vipin Kumar Trivedi, Constable( Bhopal HQ) Manna Singh and constable(Bhopal division) Arun Kumar Singh.
 
DIG (SPE-lokayukta) Ajay Sharma discussed the idea of commendation disc and provided the details of the commendable achievement under the lokayukta Justice PP Naolekar in his six year tenure.
 
Out of the complaints received during his tenure 1325 trap cases, 425 cases of abuse of office and 187 cases of amassing wealth disproportionate to his known source of income were registered. In 1235 cases challan were produced in the court and the rate of conviction was around 67 percent. The lokayukta recovered Rs 388 crore in amassing wealth disproportionate to his known source of income cases and Rs 1.32 crore was recovered in trap cases.
