The education department released much awaited list of transfers of senior officers on Thursday. The order requires the officers to join their new places of postings within seven days.In the transfer of Joint Director ranked officers, the Principal DIET, Dehradun Geeta Nautiyal was transferred to the position of Officiating additional Director, State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT). The additional Director SCERT, R D Sharma would now be the officiating secretary Uttarakhand Vidhyalayi Shiksha Parishad (UVSP), Ramnagar. Similarly the additional secretary UVSP Ramnagar, R C Jugaran is transferred to the position of Principal DIET Dehradun, while Joint Director Primary education Asha Rani would be the new Principal of DIET Roorkee.
The department also transferred 16 deputy director ranked officers and 14 Block Education Officers (BEOs). Meharban Singh Bisht, specialist at state project office, Dehradun would be the new District Education Officer (DEO) Primary of Dehradun. The officiating DEO (primary) of Dehradun Parmendra Saklani would be the new Project Manager State literacy Mission.
