Protesting the demolition of several religious institutions like Hindu mutts and temples, the Sanskruti Suraksha Manch organised a protest meeting and demonstrated in front of Collector office here on Thursday.
The Manch consisting of RSS, BJP, VHP, Brajrang Dal also submitted a memorandum addressed to the district Collector.
The saffron brand leaders spelled out against the State Government who has been initiating drive demolishing Hindu temples and mutts.
They also criticised the Government that mosque, Churches have been erected in unauthorised Government land were spared from the drive. Demolition of religious institutions hurts the sentiments of the people, said Mancha president Badal Mohanty, BJP district president Upendra Biswal, BJP state executive member Pratap Misra.
