A debate competition titled 'Gandhi and Peace' among students of various schools and colleges of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar was organised jointly by the Maa Ghar Foundation Trust, Sanjeevani, lead for Odisha and the Janani here on Wednesday. Over a hundred students participating in the debate held in different groups delivered their individual views on Gandhi philosophy and its utility vis-à-vis establishment of peace in the today's world. Most of them talked about how peace and nonviolence have been wiped out from Indian society due to lack of practice of Gandhian philosophy. Rabi labanya, Kishore Swain, Manoranjan Tripathy, Krushna Chandra Aichi, Bipin Kumar Mohanty, Sarbeshwar Das, Ajay Sahu, Gyan Beura and Ramesh Mohapatra were jury members.
