The first and present Chief Vigilance Commissioner Kuldeep Khoda, IPS (retired DGP) visited Manav Sangrahalaya. On this occasion the CVC visited the Rock Art Shelters, Himalayan Village and Veethi Sankul indoor museum building of the museum.
On this occasion, Khoda said, “This is the finest museum I have seen in India. It took hard work of decades to curate this museum, this is a heritage for nation.” The CVC and other senior police officials were guided through the visit by Joint Director, IGRMS, Arun Kumar Shrivastava, Assistant Curator Arun Kiro, and other anthropologists. Meanwhile, the Sanghralaya organised an oath ceremony and debate of ‘Swachh Bharat’ campaign in the museum. Joint Director, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav, Arun Kumar Shrivatava administered a pledge to make India clean. later a debate on ‘Mentality an obstruction in cleanliness drive’ was organised under ‘Swachh Bharat’ and ‘Official language Fortnight’, where all employees and officers enthusiastically participated.
