Home, Jail and Public Health Engineering (PHE) Minister Ramsevak Paikara has advised teachers to pay attention towards conserving environment along with their teaching work in schools. He told them to plant fruit-bearing and shady plants in the school campus to keep it green.
Paikara expressed these thoughts while addressing the district-level Shala Praveshotsav (School Admission Festival) organized in Sadhuram Seva Kunj of Surajpur district headquarters.
He said that this annual event of Shala Praveshotsav as well as Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan has played an important role in motivating children to take admission in schools. On the occasion, Paikara distributed books and school bags to children.
MP from Surguja lok Sabha constituency Kamalbhan Singh and MlA of Bhatgaon Vidhan Sabha constituency Parasnath Rajwade also addressed the programme.
