The Bhopalites enjoyed the mild evening with the Hindustani classical ragas here on Sunday at Madhya Pradesh State Tribal Museum.A cultural programme was organised at Tribal Museum here on Sunday under ‘Uttaradhikar series of cultural programmes.’
The classical music lovers took the pleasure of the Sarod recital, classical singing and Sitar recital at the programme. It is noteworthy that keeping in view the Guru Shishya Parampara, Tribal Museum is organizing a series of classical music and dance under Uttaradhikar series every Sunday. Also it is organised so that the young artists entering the world of classical music can get a platform to present their performances to brush up their skills.The performances were staged by the students and faculty of Government Music Academy, Mehar.
Here on Sunday, the programme began with the classical singing. The series began with the performance by Shivam Badghaiya leaving the audience mesmerised. He presented Raga Vihaag. His voice has the clarity and the innocence that made his performance a treat for the listeners.
He was accompanied by Saurabh Mishra on Tabla.The programme was then followed with the performance by Anil Jaiswal, assistant professor at the academy. He presented the Sarod recital.

He was accompanied by Nishant Sharma on Tabla.The audience enjoyed the programme whole heartedly and listened to every performance with ecstasy.
