BSNl has decided to take legal action by lodging certificate cases against the defaulters at the district court, if they failed to pay up. In order to collect long pending dues from its customers, BSNl had doled out several facilities for the defaulters in the circle. Officials of the department informed that this was an oppourtunity for the defaulters to clear their bills and restart the services. “We are working hard to provide best of facilities for our consumers. We are installing modern technology but it is also the duty of the customers to clear their bills on time,” said an official.
