The mega contact drive of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would be launched simultaneously at all the fifty six organisational districts of the party in the State on Thursday, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah would launch the mega contact drive in New Delhi on May 1 followed by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and State president and MP Nandkumar Singh Chouhan, who would launch the programme in Bhopal on May 2.
BJP Madhya Pradesh general secretary and in-charge for contact drive under the membership drive Arvind Bhadoriya said in a statement on Wednesday, said, “Workshops focusing on mega contact drive would be carried out in all the fifty six organizational districts of the State, presentation over building relations would be given in these workshops.”
Bhadoriya further said that the senior leaders of the districts would reach in the districts and would provide comprehensive guidance for making the mega contact drive successful, effective and memorable. April 30 would be the last day of prescribed procedure of membership in the State. The centre of the mega contact drive would be polling booth, keeping this in view the data of the new members would be prepared by the central office and would be sent to booth level office-bearers. Preparations are on war footing in this regard, he added.
He said that the mega contact drive is the ambitious programme of the party through that introduction of the new members would be taken and they would be made aware with the party ideology, democratic values, ideas and principals of the party. For this teams are being constituted in all the districts at Mandal level, he added. He said that the time devoting party workers are coming forward for this work and would knock the doors of new members to welcome them.
