Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers of the State would sanitise the Government-run hospitals in Madhya Pradesh on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2 under the Swachchta Abhiyan.
BJP State president and Swachch Bharat Abhiyan in-charge Manoranjan Mishra said in a statement here on Tuesday, “BJP workers would clean all the government hospitals of the state on October 2 to build pleasant atmosphere. Work-plan with the list of hospitals has been made by the workers in this regard.”
Mishra further said that a five member committee has been made in all the 56 organizational districts of the state. This committee has a district in-charge and a co-district-in-charge in it besides two females as members, he added.
He said that the intense cleaning drive would be launched in the state on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti under Swachch Bharat Abhiyan. MP BJP President and parliamentarian Nandkumar Singh Chouhan, state coordinator of the Abhiyan Manoranjan Mishra, Bhopal MP Alok Sanjar, Mayor Alok Sharma and other senior office bearers and workers of the party would participate in the drive in Bhopal, he added.
He said that the drive would start from dawn and would come to an end in the noon bringing an atmosphere of freshness in the hospitals.
He said that the state level meeting of the Swachch Bharat Abhiyan would be held in Bhopal October 4 that would be addressed by state president Nandkumar Singh Chouhan and state organizational general secretary Arvind Menon. Besides, former mayor Krishna Gaur, Umashahsi Verma, Samiksha Gupta, Prabhat Sahu, Santosh Tyagi would also participate in the state level meeting. The meeting would discuss the work plan for the coming three months, he added.
He said that committees in all the organizational districts and Mandals have been formed for the Swachch Bharat Abhiyan.
