Animal husbandry staff strike a failure, claims Govt, warns action

The State Government on Wednesday claimed that the strike by Joint Morcha of Animal Husbandry Department in Madhya Pradesh recently cast no impact in most of divisions and districts of the State. Veterinary services operated without any hindrance.

Role of Commissioners of Gwalior, Chambal, Ujjain, Rewa, Shahdol, Sagar and Jabalpur divisions, collectors, Joint and Deputy Directors of Animal Husbandry Department has been lauded. Partial impact of strike was witnessed in Indore, Narmadapuram and Bhopal divisions. Disciplinary action is being undertaken against concerning officers and employees of these districts. The Government has warned departmental officers and employees to be wary of messages of various kinds on social media.
