Three persons were arrested and were sent to jail on Wednesday after an FIR was lodged against them for creating noise pollution by using speakers emitting more sound than the permissible limit. The FIR against DJ sound and light owner of Noora Muhalla and another of Pasai village was lodged on the complaint of SDO Sandeep Kumar.
The action against noise pollution took place after the administration initiated action against the persons found guilty of crossing the limit of sound permissible during day and night times. Few days back, DC Mukesh Kumar said that first, the officials will warn the people and then action will be taken against those found guilty.
