A 12-year old boy was sodomised by a 15-year old boy at Berkhedi locality under Jehangirabad police station area on March 27. A complaint in this connection was lodged by the victim on Sunday.
According to the police, the accused allured the victim and took him to a secluded place near Sharan Dam in Berkehdi on March 27 and had unnatural sex with the victim and soon after committing the crime, he fled the spot.
Victim’s father is a truck driver and when he returned on Sunday, the victim reported the whole incident and later, a complaint was lodged with the Jehangirabad police. The victim claimed that the accused Adil Khan, who lives in the same area, took him to a secluded place and then sodomised him. He later fled the area, victim returned home, but kept mum later when he reported pain in the stomach, his father asked him to visit doctor after which the victim told the incident.
A complaint was lodged by the victim’s family against the accused, who went absconding after the incident and is still absconding. After the preliminary investigation, the police have registered a case under section 377 of the IPC. Meanwhile, a 32-year-old woman has lodged a complaint of sexual assault against her husband with the Mahila police on Sunday. In the complaint, the victim claimed that her husband forced her to have unnatural sex with him.
Police said that the couple has been counseled twice earlier, but the relationship turned bitter after the case was lodged by the victim. The police have registered a case under section 377 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
