Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, who left for Singapore on a two-day visit on Monday, met Ministers and officials to discuss the master plan of the proposed capital of the State. Naidu and his delegation met Singapore’s Minister for Foreign Affairs K Shanmugam and Ambassador Gopinath Pillai to discuss the master plan. According to an official Press release, Naidu suggested some changes to the draft master plan to ease connectivity between the capital and the other major cities of the State.
Singapore officials said the master plan with the suggested changes will be finalised soon. Naidu’s delegation included Ministers Y Ramakrishnudu and Narayana and media advisor Prakala Prabhakar, Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Chairman Srikant and other officials. Naidu is scheduled to attend a business seminar, meet investors and visit a transport hub and business park before returning to Hyderabad.
