A city court has decided to consider the supplementary chargesheet against former Delhi Minister Somnath Bharti in the alleged molestation of African women during a purported midnight-raid last year when Bharti was the law Minister. However, the matter was deferred to December 1 as the Metropolitan Magistrate Ankita lal, before whom the Investigation Officer (IO) had filed the supplementary final report was on leave.
