Yoga not only keeps the body fit but also releases tension from one’s mind. In today’s life style everybody should spare time for yoga to remain fit and fresh. I will recommend it to be included in school curriculum to make our coming generation stronger. This was stated by Agriculture minister of Jharkhand Yogendra Sao in his address as chief guest of the inaugural ceremony of two day long state level Yoga Championship.
