Musical concert of pop singer Yo Yo Honey Singh held on Sunday may land JVM’s candidate from Ranchi Amitabh Chaudhary into trouble. CEC VS Sampath informed media persons that the Commission was keeping a close look on the programme that happened at JSCA stadium on Sunday evening.
“We have directed the DC to verify whether any free pass to the supporters has been given by the said candidate. If it is found true then the entire price of the free passes would be added into his expenditure account,” he said.
Choudhary, also president of JSCA, has allegedly distributed free passes of the programme among his supporters and party workers understandably to please them Congress has also complained to EC about this.
