On the directives of Collector P Dayanand, a workshop for providing training to Self Help Groups (SHGs) was held here to learn preparation of several food products.
During the workshop three SHGs were imparted training in production of petha and ice-cream from custard apples.
The training programme was organised under Agriculture Reform Schemes of Agriculture Technology and Management Scheme (ATMA). On the occasion, the Collector said that Kabirdham is carving its special identity as an agricultural district as well as in the field of horticulture.
