The exam results of year 2013-14 of the students will also be put out online on Samagra Education Portal under Integrated Scholarship Scheme, school/student-wise. The State Government has issued directives regarding this to all District Collectors, CEOs of district panchayats, district education officers and district project coordinators.
Since year 2013-14, Integrated Scholarship Scheme is being managed through Samagra Education Portal. Under it, scholarships are sanctioned and paid after mapping of students of class I to VIII from all government and private schools through Sankul Kendra school. During current year, action will be taken to enter on the portal results of students for sanction of various scholarships, to map new students and provide information about amendment in eligibility criteria. First of all, school/student-wise results will be uploaded on the portal.
list of students admitted during year 2013-14 may be downloaded as required from the portal. Information about every student’s exam result and his presence or absence from school will be available on the portal. Information about student upto class VIII will be updated by BRCCs and above class IX by Sankul principals. From the new session, mapping of students transferred from other schools will also be made. Their mapping will be done from their new schools. Samagra IDs and lists of students admitted in class I and left out students will also be prepared. Class, caste, gender-wise authoritative information about students will also be available on the portal.
Information about bank account, mobile number and eligibility-related information may be amended in students’ profiles on the portal. For this, scholarship eligibility slips may be downloaded from the portal which will be attested by school headmaster and present in a bunch to Sankul principal, who will upload the information on the portal.
The students whose profiles have not been uploaded so far, will be registered as per prescribed process. Officers have been directed to ensure that DICE Code of every government and private school should be entered correctly. Besides, mapping should be made from Sankul Kendra level. Directives have been given to conduct this action through programmer by District Education Officers.
