PT Education, a pan India training organisation with 30+ centres across the country, on Saturday launched ‘Dronacharya’ – a mentorship programme for MBA/CAT aspirants.
“PT Education will ‘adopt’ the students to provide them with not only academic inputs but also moral, emotional motivational support. PT’s well qualified, trained and experienced mentor will directly guide each student on a one-on-one basis” said director of the institute’s Raipur edition, Shyam Verma here in a press conference.
He further explained that initial days of students’ joining CAT/MBA course, students remain highly motivated and energized but as the days go on, they seem to be less involved and their focus also go down.
“The programme has been designed to channelize their energy level and enthusiasm. Through Dronacharya, we want to understand students at depth to assess their aptitude, attitude and accordingly be able to counsel them in best possible manner” said Verma.
In this programme, each and every aspect of the counseling that takes place between students and mentor will be documented, in form of remarks and observation. It will be accessible 24x7 to all mentors through a web-portal, enabling them to give students’ required inputs and supports of all forms.
Verma added that the programme will increase the level of aptitude needed to crack all the challenging exams such as CAT/XAT with a lot of confidence. It will also enable students to endure ups & downs of life.
